All orders are processed and shipped from Mexico City within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Domestic shipping (Mexico): 3-5 business days

International shipping (U.S. and other countries): 7-12 business days

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Delivery times may vary due to high season, weather conditions, or factors beyond our control. Vita Empower is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been handed over to them.

Free shipping on domestic orders over $2,000 MXN. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
